The Ecogate System is an on-demand energy saving dust/mist/fume collecting system for home shops, commercial and industrial ventilation. Variations of the system are available for one-machine shops, large industrial systems and everything in between. The system includes motorized gates, sensors and a control system. Upgrade your existing system with the Ecogate on-demand system and you'll save month after month, year after year!

Solution:

By automatically closing EcoGates for  any non-operating machinery and regulating power of the dust collector, Ecogate provides energy savings of up to 80%. The average savings on  all installations is 68%.

Main Reasons to  Install ECOGATE

For an Overcrowded Existing Dust Collecting System:
  • If your factory has expanded and then has an undersized dust collector, the ECOGATE System will greatly improve your present system.
  • The ECOGATE System will work sufficiently  with more workstations attached, you could add 30 - 40% more machinery.

For the Design of a New Dust Collecting System:
  • Your new dust collector can be designed 40%  smaller than the standard design.
  • OR you can use the conventional design and this allows 40% expansion later.
