Tridek Panel and Link Filters

Tridek is a multi-denier, depth loading synthetic media that has been constructed into a self-supporting panel filter that offers an excellent alternative to pleated pre-filters. Tridek offers better efficiency, longer service life, reduced shipping charges, reduced air bypass and fewer damaged filters than pleated air filters. Available in 2, 3 or 4 ply panels that can be linked together as pictured to create one filter for the entire width of your air handler - virtually eliminating air bypass around the filter.

	Tridek's Three Ply Panel Filter


	How it Works!

The first layer is an open weave, coarse denier fiber designed to capture large particulate

The second layer is a closer weave, spiral crimped, medium denier fiber designed to capture medium particulate.

A non-migrating wax tackifier is between the second and third layer to aid in efficiency.

The third layer is a dense weave of small denier fibers that prevents particulate unloading and captures very fine particulate.
